About Perform Strong

Perform Strong is designed for the next generation of dancers with cross-training SPECIFIC for dancers. Perform Strong was launched in 2022 as there is a big gap between the dance world and strength training world.

There are a lot of current studies looking into the cross-training benefits and the impact that it’s having on dancers. Dancers are athletes and there is a massive demand placed on the body with a lot of stress put through the joints. In all other sports across the globe athletes have specific training plans to ensure they’re reducing the risk of injury whilst training in a way that is specific to their sport. The same needs to be done for dancers.

Perform Strong on demand is a blend of resistance training and Pilates with monthly workout phases, on demand “how-to’s”, dance skill specific exercises, flexibility videos, warmups & cool-downs and much more. You’ll also have access to a community where dancers can engage with one another and support each other along their journeys as well as take part in monthly community challenges.

Dancers have busy schedules and fitting in a group class or private tuition can prove difficult and costly for some, which is why Perform Strong on demand solves those issues!
